Croissants, originally uploaded by Agent Angelo. I finally got around to try and bake some croissants. It’s easy, but it takes forever as the dough has to rise multiple times. But it was worth it. They are delicious.

The merry-go-round A Christmas thingamabob Looking up at the people in the Star Flyer. We spent some time walking around with our good friend Jesper and his daughter in a very busy Tivoli today. It was packed and it was not easy to stand still and get some decent shots of the place.
